1 General Terms & Conditions

456beta is a licensed online Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 456beta and all its members. By accessing our services through the 456beta website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using 456beta's services. For any questions, contact our support team — they'll be happy to explain everything clearly.

Scope of Application

These terms apply to all 456beta services, including Sports Betting, the VIP programme, the Rewards section, analytics services, and betting tips. Individual sections may also have their own specific terms, which apply alongside these general terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 456beta, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. 456beta reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that does not comply with these requirements.

Age Restriction

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• A government-issued ID may be requested for age verification at any time after registration.
• If a minor is found to have used an account, whether knowingly or unknowingly, the account will be closed immediately.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

Data Accuracy

• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Name, date of birth, address, and contact details must be kept accurate.
• Accounts created with false information will be closed and may be subject to legal action.

Password & Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized use is suspected, contact 456beta Support immediately.

3 Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules apply to all betting on 456beta. These rules are in place to ensure a fair experience for all members and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, 456beta reserves the right to cancel it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Maximum Bet Limit

A maximum bet limit is set for each market and event. These limits are subject to change from time to time. Full details are shown on the betting slip.

In-Play Betting — Special Conditions

• In-play bets may not be accepted at the quoted odds if delayed due to connection issues.
• During in-play betting, 456beta reserves the right to suspend markets immediately following significant events (goals, wickets, etc.).

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 456beta are conducted securely and transparently. The full terms governing deposits and withdrawals are outlined below.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing from a third-party account or card is strictly prohibited.
• 456beta does not charge any fees on deposits; however, the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Mobile banking typically takes 15–30 minutes; bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be suspended during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

456beta regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion may be used once per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are only valid for the matches or markets specified in the respective promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or above will count towards bonus wagering.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms will be as per the offer displayed at registration. The first deposit must be made within 30 days of registration to qualify for the welcome bonus.

VIP & Loyalty Rewards

Members of 456beta's VIP programme receive exclusive bonuses and rewards. Full details of the VIP programme are outlined separately. 456beta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming

456beta believes every member's betting experience should be enjoyable and in control. We recognise that gambling can become an addiction for some, which is why we have put in place a number of safeguards.

Self-Regulation Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount for a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456beta platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

1. Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
2. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
3. Placing bets based on information from fixed or manipulated matches.
4. Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
5. Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
6. Attempting to intrude into or hack the 456beta system or network.
7. Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
8. Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

456beta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

Closed by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to support. It is important to settle all pending bets and withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Closed by 456beta

• In cases of terms & conditions violations.
• During investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members will be given as much advance notice as possible before an account is closed. Any valid balance will be refunded in full, except in cases of closure due to Terms & Conditions violations.

9 Dispute Resolution

456beta always seeks to resolve any disputes with members amicably. The dispute resolution process is outlined step by step below.

Step 1: Contact Support

For any complaint or dispute, please contact 456beta's support team in the first instance. Our team typically responds within 24 hours and will work to resolve the issue.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If support is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, a formal written complaint may be submitted. 456beta will endeavour to resolve it within 7 business days.

Step Three: Mediation

If no resolution is reached between both parties, the dispute will be settled through independent third-party mediation. The mediator's decision will be binding on both parties.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

456beta takes the protection of your personal information and data very seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how data is collected, used, and safeguarded.

• Personal information provided at registration (name, address, date of birth).

11 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

Types of Changes & Notice

• Minor Changes: Spelling, language, or clarity improvements — no notice required.
• Minor Changes: Procedural changes — 7 days' notice.
• Major Changes: Changes to core terms – 14 days' prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
